Email with attachments – Attach the file/s first before composing the email
Hi!,
Today’s tip is a small but pretty useful tip related to emailing attachment/s to the recipient. Normally, as it used to happen to me earlier; I had to be very careful when sending attachments as I normally used to forgot attaching the file/s and send the email without any attachment. Though, some of the webmail service providers like Netscape warn you if there is a word attachment in the email but there is no file attached. Yet, it is pretty useful if you start the habit of attaching the file first before composing the email, if you have to send attachment to someone.
So, first attach, then compose the email and then send it without ever feeling bad of not sending an attachment as you missed it doing in last before clicking on Send.
I am sure this way, you won’t have to look silly like me (as I used to be few months back) by apologizing to the recipient that you somehow forgot to send the attachment in your previous email.
Take care,
Rajesh Mago
